The London office of a leading, global professional services organisation is currently looking for a Benefits Advisor to join their team.
Sitting as part of the Reward team, this role will manage employee benefits and the relationships with benefits suppliers. The successful candidate will manage the annual benefit renewal processes, communicating with company employees and managing the administration of company benefits. Other responsibilities will include:
Taking a proactive role in benefits strategy
The processing of data associated with company benefits
Active involvement in projects across the wider reward team
Involvement with Payroll and Global Mobility responsibilities
Previous position in a benefits focused role
Capable in dealing with employees and key stakeholders
Pensions experience is preferred but not essential
High level organisational skills
Detail orientated, multitasking skills
