Reward Analyst

Oakleaf Partnership are assisting a leading retail bank based in Central London in their search for a Reward Analyst. This position will be hired on a permanent basis into their established Reward team.

Reporting to the Senior Reward Manager, the role holders' responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as a point of reference for company reward policy, able to provide expertise and advice to employees across the business

  • Assist and advise on reward policy and governance.

  • Supporting the annual compensation review to ensure it is completed in an accurate and timely fashion

  • Responsible for benchmarking processes and including involvement in the execution of the salary survey

  • Commitment to optimising reward processes

  • Take the lead on Reward projects as well as taking an active role in supporting larger annual projects

  • Stakeholder management

  • Takes an active role in the management and reporting of risks and controls, ensuring all operations are in line with company procedure

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Advanced competency in excel

  • Previous involvement in compensation analytics

  • Experience with risk management and regulatory compliance

  • Project management skills

  • Executive compensation experience is preferred
