Payroll and Accounts Administrator

My client is looking for an experienced payroll/accounts professional to run both a weekly (c.200) and monthly (c.20) payroll. The role also includes account responsibilites.

Key responsibilities:

  • Prepare, check and process the weekly/monthly payroll.
  • Processing starters, leavers and completion of appropriate tax forms.
  • Deal and respond to payroll queries.
  • Reconciliation of the bank account.
  • Responsibility for all the sage accounts transactions.
  • Invoicing to all clients and credit control.

Skills and experience:

  • Knowledge of Sage payroll and Xero.
  • Recent and relevant payroll experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong IT skills
  • Past experience in nursing/healthcare would be useful.
