Part Time Payroll Specialist (21 hours)

Fantastic Part Time Payroll Specialist opportunity to work within a fast paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring all documentation for 150 - 200 weekly paid temps are received, eg signed contract for services, bank details, P46/P45 from PAYE temps on a timely basis
  • Ensuring all documentation for a Ltd temps is received on a timely basis
  • Setting temps up on the payroll System and control schedule
  • Collating and co-ordinating receipt of timesheets
  • Making sure we have Ltd invoices and timesheets for any Ltd temps
  • Inputting timesheets into the payroll software and control schedule
  • Reconciling the payroll reports to the control schedule
  • Monitoring holiday pay and releasing payment
  • Setting up the payments on Natwest Bankline
  • Liaison with consultants, clients and temps
  • Dealing with payroll queries from temps
  • Dealing with sales invoice queries from clients
  • Generation of weekly invoices, sending them out to clients
  • Generation of weekly payslips and sending them out to the temps
  • Dealing with leavers and P45 them off the system
  • Uploading FPS to HMRC
  • Generating necessary reports for consultants
  • Entering temp payments into the cashbook
  • Assist with the preparation for tax year end
  • RTI knowledge
  • AWR knowledge
