HR Operations Administrator

A new opportunity has arisen within a financial planning and investment management company. In this role you will sit within the HR team.
Your new role
You will be responsible for the onboarding/offboarding processes for example, issuing contracts of employment, managing pre-employment checks and calculating leave. You will also manage day to day enquiries from employees, assist with company benefits, and assist with payroll input and processing. You will monitor employee absence, probation periods and work visa statuses. You will also maintain the internal HR system and ensure that all employee files are kept up to date.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed you will have previous HR administration experience and have worked in a fast paced environment. You will also be passionate about people and have excellent written and communication skills. In turn you will also be highly organised, have the ability to prioritise and cope well under pressure
What you'll get in return
