You'll be working on:
Creating innovative ways to source passive candidates in a competitive market
Building an amazing talent pool to be "ahead of the game"
Strengthening our employee brand through professional networks and social media
Helping to solve company-wide hiring problems using your talent market insights
Identifying what skills the hiring managers require and assisting the Talent Acquisition Team in screening CVs, conducting phone screens and scheduling interviews
Improving our recruitment process by using data insights
What You'll Need To Succeed:
Strong recruitment background, preferably in a startup company
Be a self-starter who is comfortable working within a rapidly changing environment with shifting priorities
Data-driven and comfortable drawing insights from analytics to make our hiring process smarter and more efficient
Experience of attracting a talented and diverse candidate pool internationally
A passion for candidate experience and employer reputation and up-to-date with latest developments in the social recruiting space
Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Greenhouse a plus
Technically inclined and able to pick up web-based services quickly, from Google Docs, Slack to Asana
