An exciting opportunity has arisen working as an HR Administrator for a leading pharmaceutical company which is based in Central London. In this role you will be reporting to the Head of HR.
Your new role
In your new role as an HR Administrator, you will be responsible for all internal vacancies, organising interviews, liaising with recruitment agencies and collating interview feedback. You will also be responsible for proving Payroll and general HR processes support. For example, you will provide support for updating relevant spreadsheets, for support the processing of personal and season ticket loans and for supporting the creation of reference letters and employee change letters. In addition, you will be responsible for preparing induction packs, offer letters and terms of conditions for new joiners as well as the on-boarding process.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role you will have HR Administration experience along with excellent verbal and written communication skills. You will have a strong understanding of employment legislation and be CIPD qualified. You will be a flexible team player, with excellent organisational skills and the ability to work accurately with good attention to detail.
