HR Associate (Operations)

My client, a global financial services business based in Central London, currently have an HR Associate (Operations) position available on an 6 month basis.

This role will provide first level HR support and will be responsible for the delivery of core HR services in a fast paced environment.


  • Responsible for the creation of employment offers and contracts
  • Manage pre-employment screening
  • Act as first point of contact for policies and procedures queries
  • Employee life cycle administration for payroll, benefits, probation's, maternity, paternity & parental leave, references, changes to T&Cs, long service awards, Leaver process
  • Accurate data entry and maintenance within the HR system
  • Immigration support for sponsored employees including employee relocation processes
  • Reporting
  • Support termination processes including exit interviews
  • Internal process creation, documentation and improvements coordinated with members of other HR functions
  • Ad hoc and special projects as needed

  • Proven experience operating in a similar operational position, ideally within a corporate environment
  • Ability to multi-task, organise, and prioritise to meet deadlines 
  • Experience navigating in a complex, matrix organisation 
  • High accuracy, resourcefulness, and attention to detail  
