HR Generalist (Senior Associate)

My client, a global financial services business, currently have an opportunity available for a HR Generalist on a 6 month basis.

This role sits within the HR Consulting function of the EMEA HR team and provides generalist HR support across the region. The team is highly collaborative and works closely to ensure well-rounded client support.

Duties:

  • First line advisory service to employees and line managers including ER issues and providing policy related advice
  • Carry out flexible working requests with line managers, taking notes and collating outcome letters
  • Management of maternity/paternity process, absence and health issues including advisory meetings with employees
  • Managing straight forward disciplinaries and grievances from start to finish
  • Management of internal transfers
  • Compensation related queries
  • Offer reviews for new hires
  • Support core processes such as Talent Review, Performance Appraisals and Pay Review processes
  • Ad hoc queries from employees / managers
  • Internal HR process reviews and enhancements
  • Contribute to and support the successful delivery of HR projects
