Customer Relationship Manager - Change


My client is a multi-award winning, specialist recruitment consultancy focusing on technical and business change and transformation recruitment. They are seeking a Customer Relationship Manager.
CRMs spend all their time in front of clients, winning roles, selling interim, perm and retained solutions to everyone from CEOs, HRDs to line managers. They need to be charismatic, high energy people with good sales experience. They need to manage clients, understand their problems and sell a solution. CRMs need to be able to take colleagues on client visits so they have the best chance of filling jobs. CRMs need to win roles to bring back for people within the delivery teams to fill, managing any issues that arise.
This hire will be given clients to go at which include most of the Lloyds insurance market that this client are Tier 1 suppliers to, with the target of maximising revenue generation.
