Recruitment Assistant - Legal

An international law firm based in The City are looking for a Recruitment Assistant to join their team. As the Recruitment Assistant you will be responsible for:

  • Acting as first point of contact for recruitment and resourcing enquiries

  • Administration of the end to end recruitment process (adding and updating vacancies on the recruitment system, advertising on the on the firm's website, jobs boards and social media etc.)

  • Managing recruitment process for junior level roles to include interviewing

  • Building relationships throughout the firm and building relationships with wider HR team

  • Documenting and proactively maintaining records for recruitment and procedures

  • Drafting changes to offer paperwork and contracts and updating policies with the support of the Advisor and Manager

  • Proactively suggesting, promoting and implementing improvements on processes

  • Supporting the Advisor in event management including annual recruiter drinks

  • Supporting on any recruitment orientated projects and training

  • Reporting and producing management information

  • Tracking recruitment sped to include processing invoices and preparing relevant reports

As the Recruitment Assistant, you will possess:

  • Relevant experience in a similar type role

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Ability to handle sensitive situations and information in a discrete manner

  • Experience working within Professional Services

  • Strong organizational skills
