Oakleaf Partnership have a superb opportunity for an Inclusion & Engagement Manager to work for our client, a progressive and commercially-oriented professional services firm.
This role is primarily responsible for inclusion and diversity, CSR and heath & wellbeing within the firm, all initiatives that are widely supported across to lead on various projects and help this leading Professional Services firm to develop an innovative Diversity and Inclusion function.
Key responsibilities include:
Supports the Director of People & Talent Development to ensure the I&D strategy is executed and that there is consistency and coordination across the various offices.
Sets and manages the Diversity & Inclusion budget.
Manages and co-ordinates the publication of the firm's Gender Pay Gap information.
Keeping on top of market trends in relation to Diversity and Inclusion.
Selects appropriate and relevant external benchmarking surveys and manages the completion of such surveys
Ownership of the firm's CSR programme
Manages all communications relating to CSR initiatives across the firm
Sets and manages the CSR budget
Responsible for the firm's Health and Wellbeing programme. Organises the health and wellbeing calendar of activities throughout the year (includes physical, mental and financial wellbeing events / promotions)
Manages key engagement activities required for all employees and tracks and monitors engagement
Ensures effective execution of the annual people
As the successful candidate you will:
have proposed and led diversity programmes and initiatives across a complex multi stakeholder business area
have experience of suceeding within complex business environments
have a genuine passion and enthusiasm for diversity and inclusion;
be able to quickly build relationships at all levels and influence, persuade and coach;
have a strategic mindset
have excellent knowledge of D&I best practices and links to HR practices
have experience of working in international teams/environments
be analytical and able to assimilate large amounts of information and data
be organised and efficient, able to manage multiple projects and competing priorities
be technologically savvy, including a good working knowledge of IT tools, particularly Microsoft Office applications
be educated to first degree level or equivalent.
