This firm have consistently won awards for their employee benefits and are looking for someont to join their team and help them with both benefits and pensions. On the benefits side you will have a fair degree of autonomy and act as benefits lead for some of the smaller business units, visiting with their Heads of HR and helping with engagement and projects. These include health and wellbeing projects at the cutting edge of what businesses are offering. You'll need a good understanding of the UK Benefits and Pensions landscape, including flexible benefits, and the passion to improve processes.
You'll analyse plenty of pensions and benefits data, so good technical skills are key. This business is constantly pushing for improvement and you will attend meetings with senior stakeholders, both within the business and at benefits providers.
