Your new role
The HR Business Partner will work closely with operational management teams to support with the achievement of business objectives and developing HR plans to address people issues and to maximise performance. The role will partner teams to identify needs, make recommendations and implement initiatives. Key areas of focus will include cultural change, employee engagement and leadership. The post holder will also be responsible for both strategic and operational employee relations management.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will be a CIPD qualified HR Business Partner with strong employee relations and change management experience. They will be able to demonstrate success in continuous improvement developing employee relations initiatives. Applicants must be passionate, solutions focused and naturally thrive in a client facing business partner role.
What you'll get in return
You will receive a salary of £38,000 to £45,000 plus benefits. This is an exciting role with a real opportunity to impact the success and culture of the business.
