Working as part of a large shared service centre you will report into the HR Director and work as part of the HR Operations function. You will have responsible for managing HR administration regarding on-boarding and the employee lifecycle.
- Completing all transactional HR activities accurately and effectively
- All onboarding administration including, RTW checks, employment reference requests and production of contracts.
- Working closely with payroll to ensure all employee information is up to date
- Administration on maternity and paternity
- Supporting with administration for ad hoc project work
- Company benefits administration
You must have previous experience within a fast-paced administration role, ideally within a shared service environment. Experience with workday is also desirable but not essential. You must be able to prioritise your own work load and work to strict deadlines.
