Oakleaf Partnership are currently working with a well known international professional body who are looking to appoint an interim learning professional to join their team for a period of 4-8 weeks to complete a specific project. You will report into the Senior Learning and Engagement Manager and work closely with the Internal Communication and Brands Manager. You will have a clear project focus within the learning specialism to complete based on the below brief:
Collateral for an onboarding portal, creating articles and 'how to' guides for new starters, which will be stored on an online portal.
You will be working with a mixture of pre-existing content from multiple sources and will need to edit the copy to create a common tone of voice as well as creating a cohesive visual brand.
Where there are gaps in content you will need to generate new content, in consultation with subject matter experts.
You will report into the Senior Learning Manager but work closely with Internal Comms and Brand, to ensure that the tone of voice and visual identity are aligned with the overall brand.
To be successful for this position you should have experience completing a very similar project for ideally a large matrix organisation. You should be able to work independently to clear and tight timeframes and be able to deliver in a project based role. You should be available immediately and interested in working on a day rate interim basis.
