Role: L&D Manager ASAP start
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 plus 10% Bonus
Permanent: City of London
A high-growth start-up Tech business are looking for an L&D Manager to join their London office in a newly created role staring as soon as possible. You will have autonomy to create and implement a learning and development plan and initiative, working closely with other HR colleagues and the CEO.
This is a role for someone who is ready to roll up their sleeves and whilst you will have a lot of strategic input with a recent increase in the L&D budget, you will need to identify both quick wins and long-term goals working closely with each operational team them to identify and them operationally put things in place.
The business pride themselves on their culture which has a flat structure, is collaborative and has great support from the CEO and leadership team. Experience of working in an SME would be great, but they are also open to those from a larger more complex structured business who has "seen what good looks like" and can lead them on implementing this.
