L&D Manager

Newly created role working for a leading Asset Management organisation based in the City. This position is offered initially on a 6 month basis with a view to be made permanent.

This role requires a specialist within Learning and Talent who can make recommendations to the Board and then implement the changes and introduce new programmes around Talent, refreshiThe ng and implementing the firms Graduate Programme, Development Frameworks, Career Mapping and Diversity & Inclusion Agenda. This role requires a high energy individual, capable of making an immediate impact.

The ideal candidate will have:

Financial Services background with a passion for Learning & Development and Talent.

Be pragmatic, commercial and risk aware

Strong project management skills

Excellent interpersonal skills

Good at relationship building, influencing and persuasion

High degree of IT literacy
