People and Culture Manager Bracknell, Permanent £55,000 - £60,000
Your new role
As the successful People and Culture Manager you will drive the people agenda, build strong working relationships throughout the organisation, ensuring people and culture plans are aligned with business objectives and values.
You will be responsible for developing and delivering a people strategy that aligns the business with a people-centric focus, with an emphasis on building capability and workforce planning. Developing and implementing fit-for-purpose policies and supporting frameworks to ensure human resource related functions and issues are effectively managed, ensuring compliance and optimising team performance.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will be strategic, who knows how to drive positive change and implement it, who doesn't wait to be told that something needs improving or updating. You must have ruthless prioritisation skills and the capability to work without bureaucracy. Ideally with experience of working within a tech-based, entrepreneurial environment. You must have proven experience of owning/ driving culture, engagement and leadership programmes which has resulted in achieving a high performance work culture.
