Dynamics 365 for F&O Senior Functional Human Resources (HR) Consultant

The Team:

KPMG’s Advisory function is building a world class Microsoft Dynamics Practice with KPMG Crimsonwing at the fore.
KPMG Crimsonwing is an international business & IT solutions provider that supports organisations in business transformations enabled by technology. Our work focuses on Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), eCommerce and Online Solutions. Using our business and IT expertise we can help automate and transform organisations with the established business technology solutions of Microsoft, Intershop and Magento and a wide range of professional services.

Key Responsibilities:
— Involvement in full end-to-end implementations and all phases of project life cycle
— Involvement with D365FO interfaces and Integrations
— Ability to gather and document functional requirements and complete gap/fit analysis
— Demonstrate Awareness of scope (creep) and use of change control
— Leading the solution on a work stream, making design decisions and creating solution documentation
— Delivery of end-user training to clients and colleagues
— Provide on-site support and assistance throughout delivery and go-live phases of project
— Occasional involvement in responding to RFPs and RFQs would be beneficial
— Identify practice development activities and help in defining how these will be delivered
— Carry out additional duties as may occur from time to time as instructed and agreed by Directors
— Ensure timely completion of internal processes and mandatory training
— Represent KPMG Crimsonwing in a professional and positive manner at all times
— Have awareness of product roadmap and the content of future releases of D365FO
— Demonstrate awareness around upselling and company capabilities

Key Skills:
— Experience in consulting and very good presentation skills
— Ability to lead meetings and workshop, and to present to the C-Suite
— Preferably a minimum of 4 years Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance & Operations (D365FO) or AX2012 implementation experience including the following modules and areas:
- Human Resources
- Leave and Sickness
- Compensation management
- Course and performance management
- Organisation administration
- Recruitment management
- Workflow administration
- Security and user administration
— D365 for Talent knowledge required
— D365 for Attract knowledge required
— D365 for on boarding knowledge required
— CDS integration experience required
— Basic knowledge of flow configuration
— Basic knowledge of payroll integrations required
— Strong knowledge of FourVision ISV required
— Good understanding of HR processes, principles, functionality & systems
— Microsoft Dynamics certification in Talent desirable
— Beneficial to have experience of LCS and VSTS
— Good MS Office skills (primarily Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; Visio is a plus)
— Experience with Business Intelligence (BI) a plus
