Your new role
You will be working with the compensation and benefits area of HR. The benefits are on a Global platform for employees across 40 countries, ran from the Global Shared Service centre based in Chester.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have some HR generalist experience, ideally from within a shared service environment and you will be systems savvy. You will be able to do pivot table and look up's on Excel and have used a HRIS.
