Your new role
Your role would involve working both strategically and operational to develop and implement HR initiatives within the organisation and to review the responsibilities of the HR department and make bold decisions when necessary. To work commercially and support the executive team to develop a workplace reward culture to high performing employees dealing with underperformance quickly and effectively and advising on the best course of action. You will also ensure the capability of all individuals or teams are highlighted whilst also ensuring teams are developed to full capacity to achieve high levels of organisational performance.
You will be providing advice and support to the wider business on HR policies, legislation and best practice for the business operational goals. You will lead recruitment project in line with the culture fit and to build a strong, value-based Employer Brand and control the HR budget, reporting on current and future staffing costs and initiatives.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have achieved a Level 7 CIPD qualification and have previous experience in both operational and strategic HR. To have working in a fast-paced or growing organisation and to have a creative solution orientated approach.
