Recruitment Advisor - Professional Services

A global Professional Services firm are looking for a Recruitment Advisor to join their team. Working within the Experienced Hire team and managing the end-to-end recruitment life cycle, you will be responsible for (but not limited to):

  • Working closely with People Leaders and Resourcing to understand demand

  • Understanding business objectives in order to prioritize sourcing needs and build pipelines

  • Working closely with Brand and Attraction teams to deliver innovative sourcing initiative and focusing on building a network

  • Candidate management such as focusing on delivering an exceptional candidate experience

  • Branding and networking such as being an ambassador for the firm, demonstrating knowledge of external market

  • Requisition management such as managing end-to-end requisition process from briefings, creating job descriptions

  • Sourcing such as focus on direct sourcing, diversity, timescales and providing feedback to hiring managers around best practice

  • Reviewing CV's and screening against job descriptions, conducting HR interviews

  • Managing end-to-end offer/acceptance process

  • PSL management such as regular briefings

As the Recruitment Advisor, you will possess:

  • Previous in-house recruitment experience, preferably gained within a Professional Services team

  • An understanding of the complexities surrounding recruiting for specialist markets and experience working within a matric organization

  • Experience successfully managing a diverse group of stakeholders

  • Expert skills in effective communication

  • Integrity and discretion

  • Commercial awareness

  • Experience of recruiting volume campaigns
