My client are a values driven FMCG business based in Richmond. They require a driven interim recruitment administrator to assist the global recruitment team for 4-8 weeks. This is a great role for a someone looking to get exposure within a fast growing business.

Supporting the recruitment manager, this roles main responsibility will be to manage the candidate experience in the process.

Duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Advertising vacancies on relevant job boards

  • Screening CVs

  • Managing the candidate process - ensuring they are fully aware of the interview process, and fully prepared

  • Scheduling face to face interviews

  • Assisting the recruitment manager with any projects

  • General admin for the team

Skills/Experience:

  • Values driven

  • Previous experience within a HR/Recruitment admin role

  • Enjoy being a champion for a brand

  • Understand the importance of the candidate experience

  • Great attention to detail

As this role is to start ASAP, you must be available immediately or on short notice.
