Interim Recruitment Assistant
£110-£120 per day
My client are a values driven FMCG business based in Richmond. They require a driven interim recruitment administrator to assist the global recruitment team for 4-8 weeks. This is a great role for a someone looking to get exposure within a fast growing business.
Supporting the recruitment manager, this roles main responsibility will be to manage the candidate experience in the process.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
Advertising vacancies on relevant job boards
Managing the candidate process - ensuring they are fully aware of the interview process, and fully prepared
Scheduling face to face interviews
Assisting the recruitment manager with any projects
General admin for the team
Previous experience within a HR/Recruitment admin role
Enjoy being a champion for a brand
Understand the importance of the candidate experience
Great attention to detail
As this role is to start ASAP, you must be available immediately or on short notice.
