Description

The successful Recruitment & HR Operations Advisor will be responsible for:

*Taking ownership of the recruitment process; working closely with hiring managers and applicants

*Managing the boarding process; checking proof of right to work, documents for new & returning staff, and employment-related documentation

*Providing advice to hiring managers on recruitment policies & procedures

*Participating in job evaluations & grading activities

*Any ad-hoc HR & Recruitment projects.

Profile

The successful Recruitment & HR Operations Advisor must have:

*Experience working in the Higher Education sector

*Generalist HR & Recruitment advisory background

*Knowledge of ResourceLink would be desirable.
