Your new role
This role would be ideal for someone who is looking to take ownership of and lead an L&D function? This leading charity are at a turning point - with a new vision in development and a new set of values they are changing their culture and looking for someone to support that change through learning and development.
Leading a small team of internal trainers to deliver everything from mandatory e-learning to leadership development, using a wide variety of methods, the role would suit someone who is a confident developer and deliverer of training but is also creative in utilising limited resources to best effect.
What you'll need to succeed
You'll be an experienced Learning & Development Professional who has designed, delivered and evaluated learning interventions. Ideally some of your experience will have been gained in a regulated environment and within an organisation that has gone through cultural change .
You'll have a creative approach, with the ability to influence,coach and introduce new ideas
