HR Business Partner

A full generalist remit supporting multiple offices. Responsibility for the delivery of the operational people agenda. You will also need great ER experience and should have great examples of supporting managers through performance management and the pragmatic application of employee legislation.

Supporting on the biannual performance reviews, talent and succession conversations and the bonus and promotion cycles.

Operational management of the joiner and leaver process, ensuring compliance documentation is accurate. Conducting probation reviews and exit interviews, providing statistics feedback and trends.

Work closely ith the Recruitment and Leaning and development teams on the needs of the organisation.

Take responsibility for the relationship with the third party provider of the HR system. Actively work with the line managers to ensure maximum value from the system. Producing meaningful data/reports including headcount report. leavers summary etc.

You must be able to work at pace, managing conflicting priorities and the global time difference challenge with some of the internal customers, must be able to give ER advice both over the phone and face to face.
