Are you a dynamic HR Business Partner who is looking to progress in a large blue chip organisation? Have you got experience business partnering a creative client group?
My client, a large global organisation, is looking for a driven, ambitious HR Business Partner to support their Marketing and Digital function. There are c.1000 employees in this client group, so you will ideally have prior experience working in a large matrix organisation and must be comfortable working at pace.
The business is currently going through an exciting period of change, so it would be a great advantage to have prior experience of change and OD work and you'll need to be comfortable working with ambiguity. In this role you will deliver across a range of HR practices such as workforce planning, performance, employee engagement, organisational design and development, talent & leadership development and employee relations. It will be really important to think and act commerically, so you can influence at a senior level.

Salary - £45-65,000 + bonus + benefits
