Compensation and Benefits Analyst, 4-6 month FTC, Central London
Your new company
A global property management firm based in Central London are currently recruiting for a Compensation and Benefits Analyst to join them on a 4-6 month FTC maternity cover. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a European scale.
Your new role
You will have a passion in compensation, and developing fair and competitive reward programmes. During this period a main project will be mapping employees to the companies new job architecture, as well as support on their upcoming bonus cycle. There will be other ad hoc duties such as participating in market surveys and supporting the roll out of the new Compensation Planning Tool
What you'll need to succeed
You will be highly numerical and analytical and have supported the implementation of compensation and benefits programmes. You will have strong Excel skills and able to analyse and communicate data findings.
