We're currently working with a global financial services firm on an opportunity to join their recruitment team as a Recruitment Advisor. This role will cover international hires (Europe) and be based in their London office.
As part of a team of 5, you will support the Senior Recruiters with hiring activity, and have ownership of recruitment processes from start to finish.
Candidates would ideally have worked in a Recruitment Coordinator role before, or on a recruitment graduate scheme in agency. Sourcing will be necessary in this role, so only apply if a career in recruitment is of interest long term. The prospects for progression in this team are high.
Responsibilities would include:
Working with the Recruiters to identify requirements and source candidates via direct efforts
Conduct telephone screenings, and help to coordinate further interviews
Act as first point of contact to candidates, help them prepare for interviews
Prepare job specs and advertisements posting them on various job boards and social media
Assist with talent pooling, from remaining in contact with candidates to managing the data and reporting
Ensuring you're up to speed with regulations and adhering to regulatory requirements
Candidates suitable for this position will:
Have experience of working in recruitment and in a professional office environment
Be experienced in managing multiple tasks and priorities at one time
Be very well organised, and able to keep up high attention to detail working at a fast pace
Be comfortable in a corporate environment, upholding a professional manner
