Learning and Development Coordinator

My client a IT consultancy are looking to recruit for a part-time Training Coordinator. This is a 3 day/week contract role till the end of April.

Working in a HR team of 4 you will manage and coordinate the training needs and overall training and communication plans for the business. You will need to be a hands-on individual who is confident working with senior stakeholders to build-out their training programmes. The role will be focussed on coordinating the training activities across the business.

This is a fast paced role so you need to have at least 3 years' experience working as Training Coordinator. The ideal candidate will be immediately available or available on a short term notice. You must be self sufficient as this role standalone.
