A leading global business advisory firm is looking for a Resourcing Analyst/ Staffing Manager.
The role works closely with the UK HR team and the EMEA OD and HR team, to make sure the business responds efficiently and quickly to client demands, deploying the right people on the right projects. It is important for the business to drives the development of the client facing and fee earning staff as well as making sure client needs are met.
The role requires somebody who can managing conflicting priorities, who is organised, who can manage stakeholders and clients of all levels, anticipate the needs to the team and have the ability to provide solutions quickly.
Snapshot of duties:
Ensuring the resourcing system reflects peoples forecast utilisation, ensuring regular communication and staffing updates
Prepare weekly summaries of staff availabilities and project allocations
Provide forecasting and analytics of projects and posts
Tracking, maintaining and reporting on operational effectiveness and utilisation
Create a development matrix for client facing staff
Process improvement of the staffing allocation system, implementing new processes where necessary
The role requires a sense of urgency with willingness to respond at short notice and under pressure, excellent time management and the ability to juggle multiple tasks and demands.
Ideally the successful hire will come from professional services or consulting and have strong analysis skills and organisational skills.
The role is paying circa £80,000-90,000 and based in London, City.
