Your new role
The Recruiter role will be responsible for the attraction to and recruitment of temporary vacancies across the organisation. The Recruiter will manage end to end recruitment processes including advertising roles, sifting applications, interviewing and onboarding. The postholder will also be involved in the deployment and redeployment of temporary workers into internal assignments. Additionally the Recruiter will attend recruitment fares and organise open days.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will be an experienced agency recruitment consultant or internal recruitment specialist with strong experience of recruiting for temporary vacancies. A background within the hospitality or leisure sector would be highly advantageous. Excellent candidate management skills and end-to end vacancy management experience is essential. Applicants must have worked within high volume and fast paced environments and have worked to SLAs and KPIs. Based from offices in South Birmingham, the role will include regular travel (travel expenses payable)
