HRIS Project Manager

The successful candidate will be responsible for project managing the implementation of Core HR into a complex not-for-profit organisation of around 1200 full time, casual and volunteer staff.

Our client is a Not for Profit organisation based in North London


The HRIS Project Manager will be responsible for:

  • Scoping out Phase 1 & 2 of the overall project with external providers and internal stakeholders

  • Mapping out processes and workflows for the new system

  • Being the main liaison point for external vendors throughout the project

  • Collaborating effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure the new system is fit for purpose from a core HR, Payroll and Recruitment ATS perspective

  • Leading on the migration of HR & Payroll data on to the new system


We're looking for an HRIS Project Manager with the following experience:

  • Demonstrable experience of project managing an end-to-end implementation of an HR, Payroll and Recruitment System (Core HR is highly desirable)

  • Experience of working with Core HR (essential)

  • Strong project management expertise and qualifications

  • Experience of mapping out processes and workflows for HR Systems

  • Experience of dealing with external vendors

Job Offer

9 month contract, daily rate c. £350-400 dependent on experience
