Reward Executive / Manager

A Global Financial Services firm based in the City is currently looking for a Reward Executive / Reward Manager to join the team on a 6 month basis.

Reporting into the Head of Reward, the Reward Manager role will be focused on the compensation side of Reward. Main responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the year end compensation process

  • Preparing documentation and material for RemCo

  • Assisting with the development and implementation of initiatives and projects across the Global Reward and the wider HR teams

  • Work closely with the broader HR team when preparing compensation arrangements

  • Keep on top of all regulations

Key requirements:

  • Previous experience in Financial Services is essential

  • Sound knowledge of compensation

  • Comfortable making decisions and operating as part of a small team

  • Excellent analytical and excel skills

  • Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills
