A financial services business in Manchester are looking for a Benefits Manager. In this newly created role, you will lead a small team and oversee the operational delivery of employee benefits across the UK and EMEA.

As Benefits Manager you will delegate and supervise activities ensuring that staff benefit platforms run smoothly and are suitable for the employee demographic across several countries. You will work closely with the wider Reward and HR teams, senior managers in addition to maintaining relationships with established benefit vendors. There will be opportunity in this role to continuously improve process and service.
We are looking for:
Prior experience as a Benefits Manager, or a Reward Manager who has expert knowledge in Benefits
Expert knowledge of benefits; including Flexible Benefits annual enrolment processes and cost analysis
Experience within a large matrix business and ideally a global business
Experience line managing a team, with the ability to foster high standards quickly in a new team
An analytical, process orientated and detail driven approach
Good relationship builder able to manage external vendors and senior managers
