A leading UK based Law Firm are looking for a Graduate Recruitment & Development Manager to join their team. As the Graduate Recruitment & Development Manager, you will be responsible for:
Project managing the firm's national summer vacations schemes, autumn contract assessment centers and law fairs etc.
Ensuring the recruitment of graduate talent nationally as required to manage the firm's pipeline
Attending various social events for future trainees and vacation scheme candidates
Overseeing annual operation for recruitment application system and producing reports as and when required to track statistics relating to equality and diversity, marketing etc.
Working closely with marketing team in designing and implementing graduate attraction materials
Enhancing existing relationships with key stakeholders and other relevant contacts
Participating in sponsorship activities that the successful candidate deems beneficial for the firm's graduate recruitment strategy
Supervising the mid-seat discussion process with trainee solicitors and facilitating the end-of-seat discussion process
Managing mid seat and end of seat appraisal process, reviewing all finalized documentation to have an overview of the development of each trainee solicitors
Effective management of the firm's qualification process every six months
Overseeing certain CSR initiatives
As the Graduate Recruitment & Development Manager, you will possess:
Strong attention to detail
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
Excellent time management skills
Good knowledge of Microsoft office
