Oakleaf Partnership are representing a truly unique brand recruiting for a Reward Manager to join their newly established reward function based in central London.
As reward manager you will be reporting directly into the Head of Reward and have responsibility of line management of one reward analyst. Your key responsibilities will include:
Taking a lead on cyclical reward requirements incorporating the annual pay and bonus review and communication surrounding this
Leading on Hay job evaluation projects (Hay experience is advantageous)
Working closely with the broader HR function to support with Union negotiations (no prior union experience required but would be desirable)
Take a lead on the Gender Pay Gap report
Preparing and writing RemCo papers
This is an extremely exciting time to join this business. They have recently appointment a new Chief HR Officer with a new vision for HR. The business is going from strength to strength and you will play a pivotal role in aligning the reward and people agenda with the business objectives. The successful candidate will be able to deliver all operational elements of the Reward Manager role, whilst supporting overall people agenda from a reward perspective. Our client is looking for a commercial reward expert with the ability to face off to the business and identify areas of improvement.
