Oakleaf Partnership are exclusively representing a leading retailer who are based in Central London. They are looking for a Reward Analyst to join the team on a permanent basis.
Reporting to the Reward Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the annual bonus review to ensure it is completed in an accurate and timely fashion
- Supporting the job evaluation and benchmarking processes and ensuring that the process is as efficient and streamlined as possible
- Responding to employee enquiries regarding Reward
- Ensuring all reward arrangements follow process
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in all aspects of Compensation and strong excel skills. The candidate will also be ideally trained in Hays Benchmarking.
