Recruitment Administrator job paying £11-£13p/h

You will be working for a renowned faith charity located in Elephant and Castle.

Your new role
As Recruitment Administrator you will be supporting with all recruitment administration needs. On a daily basis, you will be providing guidance and supporting recruitment managers throughout the recruitment cycle for recruitment campaigns which are allocated to you and the wider recruitment team. You will also be developing relationships with recruitment managers and stakeholders across the organisation to ensure you identify any recruitment needs and provide them necessary solutions. In addition to this you will be liaising with applicants at all stages of the recruitment process to ensure that they have a positive recruitment experience regardless of the outcome of an application. You will demonstrate best practise HR and recruitment knowledge and this will be demonstrated by your ability to promote the charity as an equal opportunities employer by ensuring they have a transparent and consistent approach to recruitment.

What you'll need to succeed
Previous HR and recruitment administration experience is essential for this role as you will be required to work efficiently from day one with

As an individual, you will have a a genuine interest for HR and recruitment.
CIPD qualification is highly desirable but not essential so please apply if you demonstrate relevant working knowledge. Previous experience gained within the 3rd sector is also desirable but not essential but you must be willing to corporate with the pace of the organisation.
This is an interim role for a period of 1 month initially with the possibility of extension.
