A large commercial organisation based in Wolverhampton. Due to an increased workload a temporary HR Advisor is required for a period of 3 to 6 months.
Your new role
The HR Advisor will provide a comprehensive HR advisory service across the organisation. The post holder will assist with the employee relations caseload to include disciplinary, grievance, performance management, absence management and investigations. Working as part of a small team, you will also be responsible for updating employee records, producing contracts and changes to terms.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will be a CIPD qualified HR Advisor with strong experience in a commercial fast paced environment.
