Oakleaf are working with a Wealth Management business as they are hiring for a Compensation Manager until the end of July. This business focuses on clients including individuals, families, entrepreneurs, charities, trustees and professional advisers.
Reporting directly to the Head of Reward this role will provide support and manage specific projects in relation to the implemntation of the reward strategy including; short and long-term incentive schemes, salary and bonus benchmarking, benefits management and annual compensation (salary and bonus) review.
The successful candidate will have strong reward experience (salary, bonus and benefits) previously. The client will also consider those who come from a HR analytics background as well.
Excellent communication skills are a prerequisite for this role as it will be dealing with C-suite level and a variety of stakeholders. Advanced Excel is also required for this role.
