Interim Senior Reward Manager - up to £775 p/d

My client, a global corporate, are looking for an interim Snr Reward Manager for an initial 6-month contract.

They are looking for someone who has significant experience in the reward space to lead on a number of projects in the following areas -

  • Annual review system implementation
  • Developing the current reward strategy in partnership with Snr HR colleagues and the business to ensure this aligns with the overall business strategy/goals
  • Designing the pay and bonus review for the business in accordance with the reward strategy

To be successful in this role you must have significant experience working in a matrix business environment as well as having the ability to build strategic relationships with snr business leaders. You must have a strong technical ability combined with strong communication skills in order to break down complex issues into easy to understand business cases.
