HR Business Partners in this team provide a vital strategic interface between the HR function and faculty / professional service areas. The HRBP translates the University’s HR strategy and standards in a way that meets local needs whilst honouring and contributing to the delivery of the University’s strategic priorities. If you are already a seasoned and experienced HR professional working at senior level within a complex organisation, as well as a strong team player who thrives amidst change, then we’d love to hear from you.
Success within the HRBP role will require you to draw on the wealth of HR knowledge and experience that you will already have gained from translating HR strategy into practice. This underpinning track record, together with your great relationship building skills, will serve you and the University well as you partner with senior leaders, across the University community to solve complex challenges that enable the University’s strategic imperatives.
If you are successful in securing the role you will join a team that has earned an excellent reputation within the University. You will provide high level support across the breadth of talent management strategies, get involved in organisational design, change and support in day to day operations.
