HR Assistant - Accountancy

A Central London based Accountancy firm are looking for an HR Assistant to join their consultancy arm of the business. Within the role, you will be providing HR Assistant support to a wide range of the firm's clients. The role responsibilities will include (but not limited to):

  • Recruitment support

  • On-boarding

  • Due diligence

  • Training support

  • Advising on policies and procedures

  • Monitoring absence and sickness

  • MI reporting

As the HR Assistant, you will possess:

  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal along with a high attention to detail

  • 6-12 months of HR experience

  • Preferably CIPD Level 3 qualified

  • Strong attention to detail
