Talent Acquisition Assistant

A top UK accountancy firm based in the City of London is looking for a Talent Acquisition Assistant to join their HR team.

As a Talent Acquisition Assistant, key responsibilities include:

  • Reporting into the Talent Acquisition Manager

  • Working with hiring managers to develop job descriptions, interview questions and relevant technical assessments

  • Screen applications to ensure they meet the minimum entry criteria and manage candidate applications through tracking systems

  • Monitor the recruitment inbox and respond to queries

  • Manage the candidate feedback process through agencies and directly with candidates

  • Attend first stage interviews for roles that you are acting as recruitment lead on

This person will:

  • Be educated to degree level (2:1+) or equivalent

  • Have experience of working in a busy environment and to deadlines

  • Have excellent attention to detail

  • Have excellent organisational skills with the ability to effectively manage own workload

  • Have a genuine interest in developing a career within internal talent acquisition

  • Ideally have recruitment experience within professional services
