A fantastic 12-month FTC HR Business Partner opportunity is available within a leading global asset management firm in Central London.

The role requires the successful candidate to support the Lead HR Business Partner in providing a professional HR service to the global client group.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Lead HR Business Partner in delivering a thorough HR service that includes employment documentation, salary benchmarking & BAU activities to the distribution team

  • Daily liaison with the European offices on all HR issues

  • Aid the administration team on HR queries

  • Build rapport with key stakeholders which includes individuals from USA & Asia

  • Deliver support for first line queries and escalate when required

  • Proactively assist with HR projects

  • Assist the Reward, Resourcing and Learning & Development functions

Requirements:

  • Financial services exposure

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills

  • Exposure to Employee Relations cases

  • CIPD qualified

  • Exceptional communication and time management skills
