A fantastic 12-month FTC HR Business Partner opportunity is available within a leading global asset management firm in Central London.
The role requires the successful candidate to support the Lead HR Business Partner in providing a professional HR service to the global client group.
Support the Lead HR Business Partner in delivering a thorough HR service that includes employment documentation, salary benchmarking & BAU activities to the distribution team
Daily liaison with the European offices on all HR issues
Aid the administration team on HR queries
Build rapport with key stakeholders which includes individuals from USA & Asia
Deliver support for first line queries and escalate when required
Proactively assist with HR projects
Assist the Reward, Resourcing and Learning & Development functions
Financial services exposure
Strong Microsoft Office skills
Exposure to Employee Relations cases
Exceptional communication and time management skills
