Regional HR Advisor - Home based, with national travel - £30-35k

Hays Human Resources are recruiting on behalf of a leading Agricultural business for an experienced Regional HR Advisor based on the outskirts of Cheltenham.
Your new role
As a Regional HR Advisor you will report into two Heads of HR, the successful applicant will use their experience of providing highly professional, confident and accurate HR Advice to line managers and employees. You will be a self-starter with a good, all round understanding of HR Services, employment law and best practice HR processes and procedures.
What you'll need to succeed
As part of the 'learn' HR Team the work capacity of applicants for this role must be high, with the requirement to be flexible, adaptive to change and 'can do' attitude to hard work. Customer Service standards must also be high to ensure that line manager and employees receive a great experience when dealing with the HR Team, who are known for their supportive, diplomatic, influential and commercial style. The successful candidate will be someone who has an open mind to understanding a fairly complex business structure and ways of working, but also someone who has ideas and is prepared to work with the HR team to find efficiencies and continually improve the way we work.
