Learning & Development Associate

I am currently recruiting for one of the world's largest independent financial advisory organisation who require an experienced Learning & Development Associate to join their UK L&D team on an initial 12-month FTC. The role requires the successful candidate to assist the L&D team over 4 key divisions.


  • Identify, design & implement L&D proposals to train colleagues at all levels

  • Analyse & conduct needs assessments

  • Use various internal & external approaches to optimise L&D program design

  • Provide strong project management skills to ensure the specific projects are delivered within scope, time & budget

  • Assist in preparing & delivering performance review process's


  • Good understanding of Investment Management

  • Experience within financial or professional services

  • Strong stakeholder management

  • Communication skills

  • Prior experience of working in a small & dynamic L&D team
