Our Client is a technology company working at the forefront of financial data analysis and in the field of electronic trading.
They are looking to hire an Internal Recruiter to join their growing team. You will manage their recruitment platform making sure the recruitment process runs smoothly for both candidates, hiring managers and the interviewing teams. As the successful applicant you will manage the hiring process from start to finish, keeping the recruitment platform, Workable, up to date. You will be sourcing new candidates and liaising with external recruiters and maintaining a good relationship with them. You will be responsible for on-boarding of new employees, managing VISA applications with lawyers and other ad hoc duties relating to recruitment.
You will need to be an organised individual with great interpersonal skills. You will have experience as a recruiter or a recruitment coordinator. The majority of the roles you will hire for are back end developers so an interest in technology would be ideal.
